• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain conveyor systems and associated equipment. • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and HVAC systems. • Diagnose equipment failures and quickly restore production operations. • Service rooftop HVAC units, pumps, motors, and facility systems. • Repair and maintain conveyors, bearings, gearboxes, motors, valves, cylinders, and other mechanical components. • Complete building maintenance projects including plumbing repairs, carpentry, painting, door repairs, and general facility improvements. • Work with electrical systems ranging from 24V to 480V three-phase power. • Assist with troubleshooting motors, variable frequency drives (VFDs), sensors, and automation components. • Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to support repairs and installations. • Maintain documentation of completed maintenance activities and repairs. • Partner with production teams to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime. • Follow all safety procedures while maintaining a clean and organized work area. Equipment & Systems You'll Work On
• Conveyors and material handling equipment • Electric motors and gearboxes • Hydraulic and pneumatic systems • Rooftop HVAC units and pumps • VFDs and motor controls • Photo eyes, proximity switches, and limit switches • Palletizers, case erectors, top sealers, and packaging equipment • Blow molding equipment • Diaphragm, centrifugal, and displacement pumps • Facility electrical and building systems What We're Looking For Required Qualifications
• 1-2+ years of industrial, manufacturing, or maintenance experience. • Strong mechanical troubleshooting abilities. • Experience using hand and power tools. • Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems. • Preventive maintenance experience. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. • Basic electrical troubleshooting skills. • Experience replacing bearings, aligning motors, and performing mechanical repairs. • Ability to work independently and prioritize maintenance tasks. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. • HVAC maintenance experience. • Experience with conveyors and production equipment. • Knowledge of VFDs, motors, sensors, and automation systems. • Plumbing, carpentry, and general facility maintenance experience. • Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
