⢠We are seeking an experienced Mobile HVAC Service Technician to support multiple commercial facilities throughout an assigned territory. This position is responsible for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and overall facility support with a strong focus on HVAC systems. ⢠The ideal candidate will have commercial HVAC experience, working knowledge of chillers, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently while delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on commercial HVAC equipment including:
⢠Packaged units ⢠Air handlers ⢠Chillers
Troubleshoot and maintain:
⢠Electrical systems ⢠Plumbing systems ⢠Building automation controls ⢠Fire and life safety systems ⢠Complete work orders using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) ⢠Conduct building inspections and identify operational concerns ⢠Travel between multiple customer locations using a company vehicle ⢠Communicate professionally with customers and property management teams ⢠Assist with general facility maintenance and repairs as needed ⢠Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to emergency service requests
Requirements ā 4+ years of commercial HVAC experienceā Universal EPA Certification (Required)ā Basic chiller knowledge and troubleshooting experienceā Experience with commercial building systemsā Valid driver's license with a clean driving recordā Ability to work independently with minimal supervisionā Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, meters, and diagnostic equipmentā Strong communication and customer service skillsPreferred Qualifications
⢠Technical/trade school training ⢠Experience with building automation systems (BAS) ⢠CMMS experience ⢠Commercial facilities maintenance ⢠Electrical and plumbing troubleshooting experience Physical Requirements
⢠Lift up to 80 lbs ⢠Work from ladders and elevated surfaces up to 30 feet ⢠Climb, kneel, bend, and perform overhead work ⢠Work in indoor and outdoor environments, including varying temperatures ⢠Drive regularly between customer locations Schedule

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
