As a Resourcing Officer at Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust, you will be at the heart of the recruitment journey, supporting candidates and managers through the recruitment and pre-employment checking process. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role where no two days are the same, offering the opportunity to develop specialist skill and knowledge in NHS recruitment whilst making a real difference to patient care.

This role will be office based at the Trust Headquarters in St James's Hospital.

Previous administrative experience with significant use of IT systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience of working in a customer-focused environment. The ability to handle confidential information professionally and sensitively. Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise competing demands. Confidence working independently and as part of a team. A proactive and positive approach to problem solving. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and web-based applications. The ability to work accurately and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. An understanding of the legislative framework surrounding recruitment.
