Job summary
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Resourcing Assistant to join our friendly Resourcing Team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with administration or customer service experience who enjoys working in a busy environment and takes pride in delivering a high-quality service. You will support candidates, recruiting managers and colleagues across the Trust by processing recruitment documentation, responding to enquiries, maintaining records and providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth delivery of recruitment services.

This role will be office based at the Trust Headquarters in St James's Hospital.
Main duties of the job This is an exciting time to join LTHT as we implement a new recruitment system designed to improve the experience for candidates and managers. The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting our customers and service users throughout this transition and beyond, helping them navigate new processes while maintaining excellent customer service. Working alongside a supportive team, you will contribute to the delivery of an efficient, professional and responsive recruitment service that helps attract the people who deliver outstanding patient care across Leeds.
