1.負責生產巡檢，確保產品品質符合標準 2.具備食品安全知識，協助落實現場品保作業 3.廠區內外環境檢查，維持衛生與安全環境 4.追蹤品保每月衛生檢查缺失改善，確保持續提升 5.負責原料退水檢驗，確保原料品質安全 6.依據製令明細表進行調料與檢查，確保製程準確 7.完成主管交辦事項，支援日常品保管理 8.參與持續改善活動，承擔學習與進步責任
