What You Will Do:

Serve as a technical leader: act as the primary in‑shop expert and escalation point for complex diagnostics, repairs, and troubleshooting. Stay hands‑on: perform advanced mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel diagnostics and repairs, with expectations to remain actively engaged in billable work. Support and mentor technicians: provide technical guidance, coaching, and informal mentorship to help develop skills and promote repair consistency. Promote quality and safety: help prevent rework and comebacks by reinforcing proper diagnostics, repair procedures, documentation, and safety standards.

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities: What You Will Need:

Advanced technical experience: strong diagnostic and repair skills across mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and diesel systems. Demonstrated technical leadership: ability to guide and support other technicians without direct supervisory responsibility. Strong communication skills: clear, professional written and verbal communication. Attention to detail: commitment to repair quality, safety, and documentation standards. Computer proficiency: comfortable using diagnostic software and service systems. Valid work authorization: candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship. Why You’ll Love It Here:
