What you’ll do:
You’ll be based out of our Odessa, TX service center.
Load and unload equipment and materials with large and small forklifts.
Prepare and verify quality/accuracy of counts of rental equipment prior to delivery and arrival
Clean and put away rental equipment upon return to service center
Keep the jobsite, yard, and warehouse cleaned and up to safety standards
Drive inventory accuracy of rental equipment and accessories
Inventory cycle counts
Wash rental equipment
Inspect and repair cable
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities: You are:
High School diploma/GED or equivalent
0-3 years of experience working in a yard or warehouse.
Excellent customer service skills
Embraces and promotes safety culture
Positive, self-starter who enjoys working with others in a fast-paced environment to deliver consistent quality
Reliable and committed to delivering quality performance
Able to work overtime, travel and on-call
Ability to move or lift objects, typically less than 75lbs.

Other essential job requirements
Availability to work the assigned schedule, travel to work locations (if needed) and be on standby for work outside of regularly scheduled shifts
Must be able to stand, walk and sit for prolonged periods of time; and be able to walk over uneven terrain with functional balance that does not require any special assistive devices
Must be able to move the extremities and spine through a functional range of motion that will permit work to be safely performed from ground / floor level to full overhead level
Must have good finger dexterity to manipulate small items, functional hand-eye coordination, and functionally grip with adequate strength to safely hold tools and stair railing or ladders
Must be able to safely meet the physical demands outlined in the Essential Physical Capacities Assessment and pass the post-offer physical abilities assessment, which includes being able to lift (60 lbs), push/pull (80 lbs), carry (60 lbs), climb stairs and ladders as well as a combination of climbing while carrying objects (15 lbs), stoop, kneel and squat
