Position Location: This role supports our Golden, CO branch location, but will also service our Colorado Springs branch every other week.

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for all shipping and receiving activities at the branch warehouse as well as the management and upkeep of the warehouse environment. The warehouse coordinator reports into the regional logistics manager. You will serve as a primary liaison with branch personnel, assuming the role of a service provider for branch operations. In this capacity, you will receive guidance from local operations management to ensure the timely delivery of our products to job sites.
As a Logistics Coordinator, you will:
Receive inbound deliveries, move parts and materials into inventory and/or job stock, pick parts and materials for outbound deliveries. Process all transactions in SAP according to standard procedure, create shipping papers using the preferred carriers’ software application Support the service van parts replenishment process, keep accurate inventory levels and participate in the inventory count process as dictated by policy/procedure, execute the goods return procedure for the branch Communicate with internal parties to coordinate delivery of parts and materials to meet project/service demand, retain documentation necessary for follow-up and proof of delivery and inventory General housekeeping of the warehouse, enforce and maintain safety in the warehouse, adhere to standard warehouse guidelines and follow Siemens' policies Provide detail-orientation, accuracy, and organization in all work. Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma or state-recognized GED Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) On-the-job experience with: SAP - IM (Inventory Management) and WM (Warehouse Management) modules Material handling – movement of parts and materials (in boxes) using the appropriate handling equipment Working with cross-functions (e.g., project managers, service technicians) Must be able to demonstrate responsiveness and thorough customer service approach and the ability to work independently (supervised remotely) Verbal and written communication skills in English Must be 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license with limited violations; must meet eligibility requirements to participate in Siemens' fleet vehicle program Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship Preferred Qualifications:
6+ months experience working in a warehouse in a material handling and logistics function Associate’s degree in related technical field preferred, but not necessary Variety of supply chain management experience SAP experience – other SCM related modules (Purchasing, Accounting, Planning, etc.)
The pay range for this position is $33,201 - $56,916 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
