Generis, the specialist training and development department within ADS, delivers a wide range of accredited and bespoke training programmes to learners from diverse backgrounds and sectors. As our team continues to grow, were looking for an experienced Trainer/Assessor who shares our passion for high-quality learning and development.

To support the development and delivery of high-quality training, advice and guidance to Internal and external organisations.
To support the reduction of the impact of substance misuse in the setting within which the training is delivered.
Person Specification
Experience Essential
Has experience in teaching, training and assessment. Is passionate about creating and delivering engaging, high-quality learning. Has excellent communication and organisational skills. Can build positive relationships with and support a diverse range of learners. Is enthusiastic, creative and committed to continuous improvement.
Desirable
Experience in dealing with challenging learners. Understanding of issues facing substance misusers.
Qualifications Essential
Holds a Level 3 Education & Training qualification (formerly PTLLS), or an equivalent qualification.
Desirable
Level 3 Assessing Vocationally Related Achievement or equivalent.
