Job Description Join a growing procurement team supporting large-scale capital construction projects in a manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for a procurement professional with construction sourcing experience who enjoys managing bid processes, evaluating suppliers, and supporting contract negotiations. Responsibilities
• Manage RFQs/RFPs, supplier communications, bid events, and sourcing activities • Evaluate proposals, identify cost drivers and risks, and develop bid comparison analyses • Support supplier negotiations, contract execution, purchase orders, and change orders • Partner with project teams, stakeholders, and legal resources to drive procurement decisions • Track sourcing schedules, approvals, supplier responses, and procurement documentation Qualifications
• 3+ years of procurement, sourcing, contract administration, or purchasing experience • 2+ years of construction procurement, EPC sourcing, or capital project purchasing experience • Experience supporting sourcing events from bid development through contract award • Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills • Experience with SAP, Ariba, eSourcing, or similar procurement systems preferred Preferred Background Manufacturing, automotive, industrial construction, utility, semiconductor, battery, or heavy industrial environments. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
