Key Responsibilities
• Guest Services: Offer local area information, recommend dining and attractions, and make destination reservations. • Pre-Arrival & Confirmations: Conduct pre-arrival calls, confirm tour appointments to maximize attendance rates, and avoid overbooking tour waves. • Gifting & Compliance: Ensure guests meet promotional eligibility requirements, manage gifting procedures properly, and complete accurate tour paperwork. • Administrative Support: Track tour and guest data using software programs or spreadsheets and distribute authorized collateral • Lead Generation & Booking: Promote and book vacation ownership presentations, previews, and mini-vacation packages for owners, club members, and eligible guests. Can start next week!WEEKLY PAYSchedule: Workers with open availability to work on weekends and holidays.Hours: AM shift 6:45am – 2:30pm (or sooner), PM shift 1:15pm – 9pm (or sooner)Career growth - Pay increase after probationary period Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Honolulu, HI. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
