Job Title: IT Sourcing Analyst / Sourcing Engagement SpecialistJob DescriptionThe IT Sourcing Analyst / Sourcing Engagement Specialist serves as the primary coordinator and administrator for IT professional services sourcing engagements, including staff augmentation, managed services, consulting engagements, and outsourcing programs. This role partners closely with IT leaders, suppliers, procurement, legal, and finance teams to manage the full lifecycle of professional services engagements from intake through execution. The position focuses on contract execution, statement of work (SOW) management, supplier governance, purchase order administration, risk management, and stakeholder communication, ensuring that all engagements progress efficiently while meeting compliance, governance, and supplier performance standards. Responsibilities • Manage IT professional services engagements from initial intake through final execution, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all sourcing activities. • Coordinate supplier selection activities with preferred vendors and support the evaluation of proposals for staff augmentation, managed services, consulting, and outsourcing programs. • Review, facilitate, and track Statements of Work (SOWs), ensuring alignment with business requirements, contractual terms, and sourcing standards. • Support contract administration and change management activities, including amendments, extensions, and scope changes for professional services engagements. • Coordinate redlines and contract revisions between internal stakeholders and external suppliers, ensuring all changes are documented and approved. • Track approval workflows and financial authorizations, ensuring that all necessary signoffs and budget approvals are obtained in a timely manner. • Manage requisition and purchase order creation processes in alignment with procurement and finance policies. • Monitor engagement status and proactively identify and escalate risks and issues, serving as a primary liaison between suppliers and internal technology teams. • Participate in supplier governance meetings and support ongoing supplier relationship management activities. • Track supplier performance, service quality, and issue resolution, and contribute to operational and executive-level supplier reviews. • Ensure compliance with sourcing standards, governance requirements, and internal policies across all professional services engagements. • Maintain accurate documentation and sourcing records, including contracts, SOWs, approvals, and performance metrics. • Drive clear and consistent communication across procurement, business stakeholders, legal, finance, and suppliers to support alignment and timely decision-making. • Support rate card management and negotiation activities related to IT professional services sourcing. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of purchasing processes, procurement workflows, and contract administration practices in an agile environment. Essential Skills • Two to five years of related procurement experience, preferably supporting professional services or IT sourcing. • Proven experience in procurement and contract administration, including contract execution, SOW management, and change management. • Hands-on experience with purchasing processes, requisition creation, and purchase order management. • Demonstrated ability to manage supplier relationships and participate in supplier governance activities. • Experience coordinating redlines, contract revisions, and amendments between internal and external stakeholders. • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with IT leaders, procurement, legal, finance, and suppliers. • Capability to support risk and issue resolution within IT services and professional services engagements. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. • Strong documentation skills and attention to detail in maintaining sourcing records and approvals. • Ability to work effectively in agile environments and support dynamic technology delivery needs. Additional Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field. • Experience with professional services sourcing, including staff augmentation, managed services, consulting, and outsourcing programs. • Familiarity with rate card management and negotiation for IT professional services. • Preferred experience with Oracle Procurement systems. • Preferred experience with Ariba procurement solutions. • Preferred experience with SAP Procurement tools. • Preferred experience with Coupa or similar procurement platforms. • Experience supporting enterprise-level technology sourcing initiatives and working with senior IT leadership. • Exposure to strategic outsourcing and large-scale professional services engagements. Work EnvironmentThe role follows a hybrid work schedule, with on-site presence required on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday and remote work on Monday and Friday, typically during standard business hours (approximately 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday). The position operates within a collaborative team that supports strategic sourcing and outsourcing initiatives for IT professional services across the organization. You will work closely with key stakeholders, including IT subdivision leaders, technology delivery managers, procurement, legal, finance, preferred supplier partners, and external service providers. The environment emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, high visibility with IT leadership and supplier executives, and the opportunity to influence critical technology delivery activities. During the contract period, team members receive paid time off, including five days of PTO after thirty working days and six paid holidays, along with a supportive culture that offers a potential pathway from contractor to permanent employment. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Malvern, PA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $48.00 - $52.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
