Job Title: QC InspectorShift: 2pm-1030pm M-FPay: $25-29/hrJob DescriptionAs a QC Inspector, you will be responsible for inspecting materials using a variety of inspection tools in a cleanroom environment. You will ensure the quality of materials by performing First Article Inspections and preparing quality reports for customers.Responsibilities
• Use inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, height stands, drop gauges, dial indicators, profilometers, CMM, and vision systems like Keyence, Cognex, or Teledyne. • Inspect materials in a cleanroom environment. • Read and interpret blueprints. • Interface with data collection systems and interact with ERP systems. • Use MS Office for documentation and reporting. • Perform First Article Inspections and compile quality reports for customers. Essential Skills
• Proficiency in using inspection tools including calipers, micrometers, height stands, drop gauges, dial indicators, profilometers, CMM, and vision systems. • Ability to read blueprints. • Experience with data collection systems and ERP systems. • Proficiency in MS Office. Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Experience in a cleanroom environment is highly preferred. • Ability to perform inspection tests as part of the interview process.
