Stockroom Clerk | 1st & 2nd Shift Available | Carlsbad Job DescriptionThe Stockroom Specialist supports inventory and warehouse operations by managing materials, maintaining accurate inventory records, performing cycle counts, replenishing stock, and processing material movements using ERP systems and RF scanners. This role works closely with manufacturing, logistics, quality, and engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.Available Shifts
• 1st Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM • 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM • Overtime and occasional Saturdays as needed Key Responsibilities
• Perform stockroom operations following company procedures and safety standards. • Maintain FIFO inventory practices and ensure accurate inventory records. • Replenish, organize, store, and move materials using RF scanners and ERP systems. • Conduct cycle counts and resolve inventory discrepancies. • Pick orders, process transfers, and support shipping/receiving activities. • Assist with quality holds, engineering changes, and inventory audits. • Participate in Lean initiatives and maintain a clean, safe work environment. Required Qualifications
• Experience in stockroom, warehouse, inventory control, or material handling. • Proficiency with ERP systems and RF scanners. • Experience with cycle counting, shipping, and receiving. • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and basic computer skills. • Forklift experience or ability to obtain certification. • Good communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with AX or similar ERP systems. • Knowledge of Lean/continuous improvement practices. • Ability to work across multiple departments and inventory locations. Work Environment

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Carlsbad, CA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.59/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
