Garage Door InstallerLocation: Watertown, SDPay: $20-$22/hourHours: Monday-Friday, 8 am- 5 pmJoin a dynamic team as an Installer, where you will contribute to the successful installation of commercial and residential garage doors. This role offers you the opportunity to grow from a laborer/helper to a lead position within a supportive and inclusive team environment.Responsibilities:
• Meet at the shop every morning and travel to various job sites with the crew. • Work as part of a two-person crew, assisting with the hardwiring of doors, setting tracks, and putting up springs. • Learn and perform installations, with the potential to move into a lead role. Essential Skills:
• At least 6 months of general construction or laborer experience required. • Experience with hand tools and power tools. • Basic mechanical knowledge and blueprint reading. Additional Skills & Qualifications:
• 1-2 years of construction experience preferred. • Proficiency with a tape measure strongly preferred. • Valid driver's license or ability to obtain one within 6 months is required. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Watertown, SD. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
