Warehouse Worker Join a Stable Team and Keep Operations Moving We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Worker to support a busy operation that builds compression systems for the oil and gas industry. This is a hands-on role where you'll help with shipping and receiving, inventory control, order picking, and material handling. If you enjoy staying active, working with a close-knit team, and taking on a variety of warehouse tasks, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments • Prepare and ship outgoing orders • Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records • Use Epicor ERP and internal tracking systems to manage inventory • Track material locations throughout the warehouse • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment • Load and unload materials safely • Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts and other warehouse equipment • Support shipping, receiving, inventory, and order fulfillment as needed • Work with the production team to ensure materials are available when needed • Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements • Help keep the warehouse clean, organized, and efficient What We're Looking For Required:
• 3+ years of warehouse experience • Experience with shipping, receiving, and inventory management • Experience using ERP systems for inventory tracking • Forklift operating experience (sit-down forklift required) • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to work in multiple areas of the warehouse • Commitment to safety and teamwork Preferred:
• Experience with Epicor ERP • Experience with inventory tracking systems such as MTR • Experience operating both sit-down and stand-up forklifts • Experience handling industrial materials or metal products • Strong organizational and communication skills Why Join Us?

• Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM • On-site position • Small warehouse team of 2-3 employees • Some outdoor order picking of larger metal materials • Regular use of forklifts and material handling equipment • PPE such as hard hats and ear protection may be required Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Henderson, CO. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
