Job Title: Set up Technician Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dedicated Machine Operator who will be responsible for the basic setup and operation of machines. This role involves loading machines with plastic rolls of film for bag production, conducting visual inspections for any flaws or defects, and ensuring quality as per customer work orders. The operator will also use basic daily work orders to set up machines, use a computer lightly on a daily basis, count specific amounts of bags for packaging, and box and label products.Responsibilities
• Perform basic setup and operation of machines. • Load machines with plastic rolls of film for bag production. • Conduct visual inspections of all process products for flaws and defects. • Identify specific flaws according to customer work orders. • Utilize basic daily work orders for machine setup. • Engage in light use of computer daily. • Count specific amounts of bags for packaging. • Box and label products accurately.
