Production Associate

What You'll Do
• Prepare production batches by mixing raw materials according to established formulas. • Operate production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently. • Load materials into molds and assist with press operations. • Remove finished products and prepare them for the next stage of production. • Load and unload products from kilns during the manufacturing process. • Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met. • Package finished products for shipment. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. • Follow all production, quality, and safety procedures.
What We're Looking For
• Strong work history and reliability. • Manufacturing, production, warehouse, machine operation, or general labor experience preferred. • Ability to follow instructions and learn new processes. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. • Strong attention to detail and quality. • Team-oriented attitude and willingness to help where needed. • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly. • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical work throughout the shift.
Experience That Will Help You Succeed
• Manufacturing or production experience. • Machine operation experience. • Assembly or packaging experience. • Quality inspection experience. • General labor or industrial experience. No ceramic or kiln experience? No problem. We're willing to train motivated candidates with a solid work ethic and a proven track record of reliability.

Work Environment This is a hands-on manufacturing role in a production facility. The work environment can become warm during the summer months, particularly near kiln operations, and some areas may contain dust. Safety equipment is provided, and maintaining a safe workplace is a top priority.Steel-toe boots are required.Ready to Get Started? Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of East Rochester, NY. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
