• Operate CNC machines to produce high-quality parts and components • Load, unload, and package materials throughout the production process • Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and production documentation • Measure and inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met • Record production data and maintain accurate documentation • Monitor machine performance and report equipment issues • Perform basic machine maintenance and routine housekeeping tasks • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment • Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing standards Preferred Experience
• CNC machine operation • CNC milling or lathe operation • Manufacturing and production environments • Fabrication and machining processes • Blueprint reading • Use of calipers and precision measuring instruments • Hand and power tool experience Qualifications
• Minimum of 1 year of machine operator, manufacturing, or production experience • Ability to accurately read a tape measure • Strong attention to detail and quality standards • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. • Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift • Ability to safely use hand and power tools • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Work Environment This position is located in a manufacturing facility where employees operate CNC equipment and support production operations in a fast-paced environment focused on quality, safety, and teamwork.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $26.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
