• Assembling products from start to finish using established work instructions • Reading production orders and identifying required materials • Using hand and power tools, including drills, screw guns, nail guns, routers, sanders, and saws • Measuring materials and components accurately using a tape measure • Inspecting products throughout the assembly process to ensure quality standards are met • Reporting material shortages, defects, or quality concerns to leadership • Following all safety guidelines and manufacturing procedures • Assisting with additional production tasks as needed • Working collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals Preferred Experience

• Ability to safely operate hand and power tools • Ability to read and follow work instructions • Basic math and measurement skills • Ability to accurately read a tape measure • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality • Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs. • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic • High School Diploma or GED preferred Schedule 1st Shift
• Monday - Thursday • 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM 2nd Shift
• Monday - Thursday • 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM • Occasional Friday overtime may be available based on production needs Work Environment This position is based in a high-volume manufacturing facility where employees build premium windows and doors in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment focused on quality and safety.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.20 - $22.20/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
