HIRING IMMEDIATELY FOR 1st SHIFT QUALITY TECHNICIANS IN BURLINGTON, NC!
PAY: $20-23/HR. TO START + PAY RAISES!
1st SHIFT: 7 AM - 3:30 PM MONDAY - FRIDAY
THIS IS A DIRECT HIRE POSITION! JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Serve as a quality technician or receiving inspector responsible for inspecting and measuring inbound/outbound materials. • Conduct in-process and final inspections of machined components and final assemblies to verify compliance with quality standards. • Perform dimensional inspections, document results, support material traceability, and help maintain calibrated inspection equipment within an assembly production facility. • Perform equipment calibrations on inspection tools including calipers, torque wrenches, pressure gauges, and related devices. • Measure materials using calipers, micrometers, bore gages, feeler gages, and pin gages. • Work with blueprints as necessary to verify part dimensions. • Complete quality documentation including material traceability reports and certificates of conformity. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must have experience with some or all of these quality gages is preferred - calipers, micrometers, mic threads, bore gages, feeler gages, and/or pin gages to measure parts. • Need to have the ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings. • Basic computer skills using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, etc. • Experience working in an assembly production facility or similar manufacturing environment.
