Job OverviewJoin our cleanroom manufacturing team in the cartridge department and help build life-changing medical devices. In this role, you'll work alongside a collaborative team to assemble products, operate automated equipment, perform inspections, and ensure products meet the highest quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with manufacturing, assembly, production, or cleanroom experience who are looking for long-term stability and growth.What You'll Do Assemble cartridge components on a manufacturing line.
• Monitor and support semi-automated manufacturing processes. • Rotate between key production areas, including assembly, machine operation, inspection, testing, and welding. • Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications. • Review production records and maintain accurate documentation. • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. • Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals. What We're Looking For Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or cleanroom experience preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and established procedures. • Basic computer skills for training and documentation. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. • Reliable attendance and punctuality. • Willingness to learn, cross-train, and work in different production areas. • Positive attitude and strong team-player mentality. Preferred Qualifications Mechanical or medical device assembly experience.
• Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. • Cleanroom experience is a plus, but not required. Work EnvironmentWork in an ISO Class 8 cleanroom environment with modern equipment and a strong focus on quality and safety. Team members may be cross-trained and moved between production lines based on business needs. Required cleanroom attire includes PPE, and employees must follow cleanroom standards including fragrance-free guidelines and dress requirements. The environment is team-oriented, organized, and focused on producing high-quality medical products. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of San Diego, CA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
