Job Title: WelderJoin a growing manufacturing team as a Welder and play a key role in fabricating and assembling Lift Tables and dock equipment. This position is ideal for experienced welders who take pride in quality craftsmanship, working from blueprints, and meeting production goals in a fast-paced fabrication environment.Responsibilities
• Fabricate and assemble Lift Tables using correct components and specifications. • Perform MIG welding and move between production weld stations as needed. • Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and engineering drawings. • Set up and operate welding equipment, grinders, measuring tools, jigs, and fixtures. • Inspect finished products to ensure quality and compliance with specifications. • Perform basic machine maintenance and lubrication. • Maintain production schedules and output requirements. • Train and support new team members. • Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
