ENTRY LEVEL !!!!Job Title: Delivery AssistantJob DescriptionThe Delivery Assistant supports drivers with the safe and efficient delivery of beverages to bars, restaurants, and retail locations. This is a physically demanding, hands-on role that involves loading and unloading kegs and cases, interacting professionally with customers, and helping maintain product quality and equipment readiness.Responsibilities

• Assist drivers with the delivery of various beverages to offsite customers, including bars, restaurants, and stores. • Unload trucks at each delivery location using a dolly and other material-handling equipment to maneuver kegs and flats of beer. • Safely handle heavy products, including kegs weighing up to approximately 165 pounds, while following proper lifting techniques. • Provide professional, courteous service during customer interactions and represent the company positively at all times. • Collect empty kegs from customers, load them onto the truck, and secure them for transport back to the warehouse. • Unload the truck upon return to the warehouse and stage products and empty kegs in the appropriate areas. • Inspect returned kegs to determine whether they are reusable or should be removed from rotation based on condition. • Support general warehouse and distribution activities as needed, including palletizing products and organizing deliveries. • Use basic warehouse tools and equipment, such as pallet jacks and dollies, in a safe and efficient manner. • Follow all safety procedures while working on and around trucks, in loading areas, and within the warehouse. Essential Skills

• Ability and willingness to perform physically demanding work, including lifting and moving kegs weighing up to approximately 165 pounds. • Comfort working in a delivery and warehouse environment that involves frequent loading and unloading of trucks. • Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills for regular interaction with clients at delivery sites. • Reliability and strong work ethic, with a consistent focus on safety and teamwork. • Ability to ride in a delivery truck throughout the day and work outdoors while unloading at customer locations. Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience working in a warehouse, distribution, or general labor environment is a plus but not required. • Familiarity with pallet jacks, dollies, and palletizing processes is preferred but not required. • Interest in learning delivery operations and potentially progressing into a driver role with a commercial license. • Comfort working in an entry-level, hands-on role that requires consistent physical labor. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rogers, MN. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
