Job Title: Production TechnicianJob DescriptionThe production technician is responsible for setting up machinery and equipment to carry out routine processing operations for the production of parts or finished goods. The work performed must meet established tolerance and quality standards. Additionally, the technician maintains and keeps appropriate records, participates in group meetings and problem-solving sessions, and assists in work planning and scheduling. Training other manufacturing personnel in product, process, and quality-related aspects is also part of this role. Other related duties may be performed as needed or directed.Pay: $22/hr + Overtime available Shift: Night shift (3rd shift): 7:00pm - 5:30am, Monday - ThursdayResponsibilities

• Operation and Control - Controlling equipment or system operations. • Equipment Maintenance - Performing routine maintenance and determining maintenance needs. • Operation Monitoring - Monitoring machine indicators for proper functioning. • Active Listening - Attentively understanding others and responding appropriately. • Troubleshooting - Identifying causes of errors and determining solutions. • Active Learning - Applying new information for problem-solving and decision-making. • Ability to lift 50 lbs. • Experience in production, general production, and machine operation. • Proficiency in mixing and heavy lifting. • Skills in documentation and data entry.
