Job Title: Maintenance SupervisorJob DescriptionThe Maintenance Supervisor will collaborate closely with schedulers and team members to ensure preventive maintenance and reactive tasks are completed punctually and accurately. The role requires strong SAP experience for scheduling work orders, creating requisitions, and assigning purchase orders. Additionally, the supervisor will assist with daily operations within the maintenance department. Responsibilities • Collaborate with schedulers and team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of preventive and reactive maintenance tasks. • Utilize strong SAP skills to schedule work orders, create requisitions, and assign purchase orders. • Assist with day-to-day operations in the maintenance department. • Lead and manage maintenance and electrician teams effectively. • Maintain clear and effective communication with team members. • Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times. Essential Skills • Strong SAP knowledge for scheduling, creating requisitions, and assigning purchase orders. • 3-5 years of experience leading maintenance or electrician teams. • Effective communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. • Exposure to manufacturing environments, preferably chemical plants. • Mechanical and electrical knowledge. Additional Skills & Qualifications • Experience with preventive maintenance and maintenance supervision. • Troubleshooting skills. • Knowledge of safety protocols. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of East Saint Louis, IL. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
