A minimum of 12 months on your right to work in the UK NVQ Level 2 - Health and Social care qualification NVQ Level 3 - Health and Social Care qualification or be working towards Night Senior Care Assistant to work 30 hours per week from 8pm to 8am to include working alternative weekends A day in the life of a Night Senior Care Assistant Person-centred care - You will ensure that residents receive personal care from you and your team including bathing, dressing and oral care within their preferences, and actively promote right to choice and independence Review - You will contribute to and carry out care reviews with your residents to ensure they need.

Main duties of the job As a Night Senior Care Assistant at Agincare Homes Holdings, you will take on a challenging and rewarding role where you will utilize your skills in a supportive environment. The position is based at Edgehill care home in Swindon, requiring you to work 30 hours per week from 8pm to 8am, including alternate weekends. Your main responsibilities include providing person-centred care, administering medication safely, conducting care reviews, leading social activities, and offering leadership within your team.
