The job offers a salary of £13.46 per hour with benefits such as a refer a friend scheme, career development, and training up to QCF Level 5. The role includes delivering and leading high-quality, person-centred care, supporting residents with personal care, dignity, and independence, as well as administering medication safely. Candidates should have at least 12 months right to work in the UK and Level 2 Health & Social Care or be working towards Level 3 qualifications. The job requires 40 hours per week, including alternate weekends.
