Job SummaryYou will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the New Construction CVN Program Office (PMS 378) in DPAE Maritime for AIRCRAFT CARRIERS.

QualificationsYour resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-2 pay band (or GS-11 equivalent) grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Applying experience to support Shipbuilding and Conversion, planning, program management, execution, and communications with other functional areas of the program. Major DutiesYou will have knowledge of DOD/Navy major acquisition policies, practices and processes.You will have the ability to identify and resolve highly complex problems and issues that cut across organizational boundaries, and implement strategic plans.You will have the ability to assess strategic direction for resolution of mission critical issues, policies, and procedures.You will have experience in managing risks associated with program/project management.You will have expert knowledge of evaluative and analytical techniques to analyze program requirements and develop and recommend strategies for execution.You will have expert knowledge in conducting studies, analyzing findings and making recommendations on substantive operating programs.
