QualificationsYour resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Developing, implementing, and providing oversight for a civilian federal equal employment opportunity (EEO) program to include directing and leading subordinate staff in the application of EEO concepts, principles, and practices (e.g., EEO Complaint Procedures, Alternative Dispute Resolution, EEOC MD-110, EEO 715) to identify potential EEO problems or systemic workforce barriers, conducting complex demographic analysis and risk assessments, and making strategic recommendations to senior leaders for resolution or corrective action. Major DutiesYou will manage the Affirmative Employment and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) Management Directive 715 (MD-715) to establish and maintain effective programs for the command.You will manage the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Complaint process ensuring procedures are followed within the guidelines.You will manage and/ or utilize the Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR) program to resolve, reduce or eliminate workplace disputes.You will advise Leadership on all Equal Employment Opportunity matters and issues effecting the installation.
