We are looking for a part-time (20h) position in Munich as of now: HR Business Partner (all genders) Your tasks: - Advising managers on all people-related, organizational, and employment law matters - Maintaining a collaborative relationship with employee representatives and supporting works council matters and procedures - Supporting organizational, transformation, and change management initiatives - Managing and implementing individual personnel measures in compliance with company policies and legal requirements - Supporting talent management, succession planning, performance management, and employee development processes Your Profile: - Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, Business, Law, Psychology, or a comparable field of study - Several years of professional experience in a broad HR generalist or HR Business Partner role - Sound knowledge of individual and collective employment law - Experience supporting HR, organizational change and transformation initiatives - Highly organized and service-oriented with strong communication, consulting and interpersonal skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German (C1) What we offer?
