We pride ourselves on delivering personalized service and building lasting relationships with our clients. We're looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in person at our Georgetown office.
*About the Role*
As a CSR, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, handling inquiries, policy changes, quotes, and renewals while providing a high standard of service. This is a great opportunity for a licensed broker who is fluent in Hindi and/or Punjabi to support our multilingual client community.
*Responsibilities*
* Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, and in person in a professional and timely manner * Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations * Prepare quotes and assist clients with new and existing policies * Maintain accurate client records and documentation * Support clients in English, Hindi, and/or Punjabi * Build and maintain strong client relationships
*Requirements*
* *RIBO license (required)* * *Fluency in Hindi and/or Punjabi (required)* * *Previous experience in insurance customer service or as a broker (required)* * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment * Proficiency with computers and insurance broker management systems (e.g., Applied/EPIC, Power Broker)
