About this role
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Assess potential institutional, business or individual client markets. Establish client insurance coverage. Identify potential markets. Ensure appropriate forms, medical examinations and other policy requirements are completed. Monitor insurance claims and respond to clients' enquiries. Provide customer service. Provide information concerning group and individual insurance packages, the range of risk coverage, benefits paid and other policy features. Sell automobile, fire, health, life, property, marine, aircraft and other types of insurance. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario (RIBO) licence. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail. Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Experience: Will train.
