JOB DESCRIPTIONWe are currently seeking a Customer Service & Sales Support person to join our industrial and safety division! If you are committed to excellence, have high energy, are determined to succeed, and interested in working in a rewarding team environment, we would like to speak with you!RESPONSIBILITIESAbility to prioritize and meet time sensitive deadlinesAssist the outside sales team with quote preparationAnswer customer calls, direct customer inquiries Create Purchase orders, & process merchandise returns Merchandising the showroom Product sourcing and price monitoringOrder entry, along with general customer inquiries.QUALIFICATIONSA minimum of two years' experience in an administrative position with a proven track record Proven experience working with the Microsoft Office Suite is required Post-secondary education in Business, Administration considered an assetABOUT USFounded in 1882, J.D.
