About this role

Misión We are looking for a Specialist Mechanical Engineer with a strong consultancy background to support the design and delivery of data center projects. This role is ideal for candidates with foundational experience who are eager to develop their technical expertise in a dynamic, consultancy-driven environment. What will be your responsibilities? Key Responsibilities: <ul><li>Lead mechanical design and engineering for data center projects, including HVAC systems, chilled water systems, and other critical infrastructure.</li><li>Prepare and review technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.</li><li>Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and contractors to ensure project objectives are met.</li><li>Conduct design reviews, feasibility studies, and technical evaluations.</li><li>Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.</li><li>Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and sustainability standards throughout the project lifecycle.</li></ul> This is the profile we are looking for <ul><li>Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.</li><li>Professional proficiency in English to facilitate clear communication with global clients, partners, and colleagues.</li><li>5+ years of experience in mechanical design and engineering, preferably in data centres, HVAC systems, or critical infrastructure. </li><li>Strong expertise in cooling system design, CFD analysis, and thermal management. </li><li>Proficiency in engineering design software (AutoCAD, Revit, CFD analysis tools, etc.). </li><li>In-depth understanding of industry standards, regulations, and best practices in mechanical engineering. </li><li>Experience in project management and team leadership. </li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. </li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with experience in client-facing roles. </li><li>Ability to travel for project sites, inspections, and client meetings when required.</li></ul> Our benefits 1.
