Person Specification
Qualifications Essential
NVQ Level 3 OR Level 3 diploma in Health & Social Care or clinical health care support. Maths and English functional skills qualification (GCSE or equivalent Grades A - C) Care Certificate
Experience Essential
Life skills/experience within a caring environment
Desirable
Good computer skills
Knowledge Essential
Understanding of the rehabilitation philosophy of care Ability to prioritise workload, follow a care plan and work within a team Understand and work to the Right Care Behaviours
Desirable
Experience of working in Intermediate Care or relevant care setting
Other Essential
Full UK driving Licence Access to your own transport for work purposes
