Job Description: FLIGHT OPERATIONS COORDINATOR (full time HOURLY w/ benefits) Position will be onsite. We have openings in multiple Cities/States nationwide with specific location details to be determined.

JOB SUMMARY Supports field offices in optimizing operational workflows related to transportation processing and flight logistics. This role focuses on identifying individuals requiring transportation and coordinating their placement on scheduled flights. The position plays a critical role in improving efficiency, ensuring compliance and enhancing interoffice coordination. Work is performed in a fast-paced, high-visibility, high-stress environment where priorities may shift quickly. The position requires the ability to remain focused, assess situations, make sound decisions, manage competing priorities and perform at a high level under pressure while representing the organization in a professional manner.

ESSENTIAL TASKS/FUNCTIONS: Operational Support & Process Improvement • Assist field offices in streamlining systems and workflows related to transportation and flight logistics • Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance operational effectiveness Identification & Verification • Review records to identify individuals needing transportation • Verifying all documentation meets requirements Flight Manifest Coordination • Coordinate the scheduling and manifesting of individuals onto scheduled flights • Collaborate with transportation and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely placement Data Management & Tracking • Maintain accurate records of mission status and flight assignments • Utilize internal systems to track and report operational metrics Compliance & Policy Adherence • Ensure all actions comply with federal regulations, agency policies, and legal requirements • Support audit readiness and documentation standards Interoffice Communication • Serve as a liaison between field offices, transportation units, and headquarters • Provide updates, resolve discrepancies, and ensure alignment across teams

JOB REQUIREMENTS Special Requirements: This position supports specialized law enforcement operations and has stringent employment pre-qualifications. • Must be US Citizen, currently live in the United States, and have lived within the United States for 3 of the past 5 years (the only exception is for military or US federal duty performed outside the US). • Must be able to verify the employee identity and pass a detailed Federal Background Check tailored to law enforcement considerations. • May be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement.

Minimum Requirements: Education: • Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, Public Administration, Homeland Security, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience Experience: • Experience managing data in mission tracking systems or databases with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail • Ability to coordinate multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to coordinate across multiple offices and stakeholders • Experience in operations coordination, mission management, logistics, or a related administrative/analytical role • Experience using analytical skills with the ability to review records, verify legal documentation, and identify discrepancies Computer Skills: • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), including data tracking and reporting Core Skills & Abilities • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to analyze complex situations and make timely decisions • High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a high-pressure environment • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

Preferred Qualifications: • Experience supporting transportation logistics • Familiarity with federal regulations, compliance standards, and audit requirements • Experience working in law enforcement, government, or regulatory environment • Knowledge of internal government databases • Ability to analyze operational workflows and recommend process improvements • Experience preparing reports, metrics, and performance summaries for leadership
