Job Description BAE Systems is looking to hire a 2nd shift Space Stockroom Associate on our Space Electronics Manufacturing team in Endicott, New York. As a stockroom associate, you will be supporting the THAAD circuit card production area by: kitting jobs to be used by the assembly team, issuing replacement parts to the floor, participating in cycle counting, and receiving material. The material handled includes parts in tape and reel used on our automated SMT line as well as individual piece parts used during hand assembly. Furthermore, you will handle all types of material including moisture sensitive, ESD (electrostatic discharge) sensitive and hardware. In addition, using BAE’s ERP/MRP System, Oracle, is an integral part of this role to perform all the tasks specified above. The stockroom is in a temperature and humidity controlled environment and is located within the Space Assembly area.
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities: Required Education, Experience, & Skills High School Diploma or GED Ability to work 2nd Shift Excellent attention to detail and good organization skills. Must be able to use computers and their applications. The ability to work as part of a team, prioritize effectively, and balance multiple tasks.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Previous experience in a stockroom, inventory, warehouse/supplier, the post office (UPS or FedEX), shipping and receiving or equivilent experience. Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $38041 - $60865
