- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Industrial, or related field)
Requirements:

- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Good written and verbal communication skills

- Basic understanding of engineering drawings, Bills of Materials (BOM), or product structures through academic coursework or projects
- Basic understanding of product lifecycle or manufacturing concepts gained through coursework, internships, or projects (preferred)
- Willingness to learn Oracle Product Development module and Oracle E-Business Suite, or other Oracle-based configuration tools (preferred)
- Demonstrates strong analytical and critical thinking skills
