Communicate clearly and confidently with colleagues to understand user needs, resolve queries and improve processes. Have experience in creating guidance, delivering training and supporting colleagues through change. Be highly organised, accurate and able to prioritise competing demands. Have good general IT skills, ideally including experience of SystmOne or another clinical system. Be flexible, proactive and committed to St Gemmas values.

About us St Gemmas Hospice is an independent Leeds-based charity and one of the leading hospices in the UK, providing expert care and support for local people with life-limiting and terminal illnesses.
