You are right in the middle of the action every day: As a Team Lead Sales (m/f/d) on the retail floor at the airport, you lead your sales team with a clear focus on excellent service and proactive sales. You ensure smooth daily operations and make a significant contribution to achieving our revenue targets. In particular, you will: take on operational team leadership on the sales floor – as the first point of contact for employees and passengers, you ensure your team’s effectiveness through daily presence, clear communication, and quick decision-making steer sales and service targets by conducting targeted shift briefings and ensuring consistently high service quality and an excellent shopping experience through clear operational guidance motivate, organize, and develop your team – fostering a respectful, performance-oriented team culture through regular feedback, individual development discussions, and targeted talent development actively implement coaching at the point of sale – sharing your knowledge of passenger flows and purchasing behavior with your team and ensuring customer-oriented sales techniques are applied take responsibility for floor management – ensuring optimal coverage of the sales area by assigning the right skills at the right time in the right place handle conflict and complaint management – confidently managing customer complaints and team conflicts while ensuring compliance with labor law standards Preferred Profile A completed (dual) degree in retail, business administration, or retail management – alternatively, a comparable qualification or a commercial apprenticeship with relevant professional experience Leadership experience in retail or the service sector – you have already led a team operationally and know how to motivate employees and achieve results Product knowledge in fragrances, cosmetics, and/or food & beverages is an advantage – but not a must Very good German and English skills – additional languages are a plus and help you interact with international passengers Strong communication skills and organizational abilities – you are confident in your approach, think in a structured way, and maintain an overview even in dynamic situations A team-oriented way of working – you enjoy working with people, promote collaboration, and actively contribute to a positive team culture Flexibility in working hours, particularly to ensure presence on the shop floor during peak traffic and high-revenue days as well as relevant shifts Closure Are you interested?
