Introduction Sentence For our Hamburg Headquarters we are recruiting – part-time with a maximum of 20 hours per week and limited for 2 years - a Your new job includes As a Sales Assistant (m/f/d) for our Crew Shop (Headquarters & Allermöhe), you will work closely with your Sales Team to ensure excellent support for our employees and the relevant product categories. Your key responsibilities will include: Serving as the main point of contact for administrative and organizational tasks Preparing distribution requests and creating and communicating brand presentations, merchandising guidelines, image catalogs, and POSM overviews in collaboration with the relevant departments Keeping the shops' advertising space plans up to date Managing the listing of components and products in SAP, maintaining disposition parameters, and uploading forecasts and additional quantities into the system Supporting the procurement and assortment planning of branded merchandise and regional product ranges, as well as preparing textile allocation plans for the seasonal assortment rollout Preferred Profile Completed commercial training and initial professional experience in a similar role An open and outgoing personality, combined with a self-driven and organized way of working and a strong team spirit Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills, both within and outside the team Very good written and spoken German and English skills Confident handling of the MS Office Suite and SAP systems Closure Are you interested?
