Introduction Sentence For Hamburg Headquarters we are recruiting a Your new job includes As a working student (m/f/d) People & Culture - Projects & Processes, you will support the team in driving forward our People & Culture processes and projects. In particular, you will identify improvement opportunities in existing ways of working and actively help shape modern, efficient People & Culture processesparticipate in the documentation and modelling of People & Culture processes - including through the preparation and facilitation of interviews and workshops - and get to know a wide range of activities within our People & Culture organization document the results using the provided tools (Excel, Power Point, BIC) support our project management activities and take ownership of tasks to help drive a wide range of People & Culture initiatives create project documentation, reports and presentations Preferred Profile Studies in economics, social sciences or comparable humanities subjects with a focus on HR Ideally initial practical experience in HR, e.g. through internships or working student activities Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) or a willingness to familiarize yourself with the software An interest in data, systems and digital tools, combined with the ability to identify connections and analyze topics in a structured way Good comprehension skills, reliability and high quality standards Strong communication skills, good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team If you do not tick all boxes, but still believe you are a match to this role, we are happy to get in touch.
