Main duties of the job As a Bank Senior Care Assistant at Agincare, you will be part of a welcoming and specialized support team working at Agincourt Care Home. The role is focused on delivering person-centred care, ensuring residents receive personal care including bathing, dressing, and oral care while promoting independence and choice. You will also participate in care reviews to ensure care plans meet residents' needs and administer medication safely. Additionally, you will engage in social activities with residents, leading trips and engagements within the care home. The position requires flexible working hours, including night and weekend shifts.

Medication - You will administer residents' medication in a safe and supportive and compliant way Social Activity - You will lead in and participate in trips out, social engagements and activities within the home. Qualifications Essential
NVQ Level 2 - Health and Social Care qualification, NVQ Level 3 - Health and Social Care qualification or must be working towards it, a minimum of 12 months on your right to work in the UK.
