Salary: £28,000 - 32,000 per year
Requirements: We require experience supporting and administering Windows 11 and Microsoft Office 365.We require experience supporting and administering Microsoft Server 2019 or 2022.We require experience with wired and wireless networks, firewalls, and content filters.We require experience supporting PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and audio-visual systems.We require experience with Intune.We require a clear and logical thinker with a quality approach to customer service.We require strong communication skills and excellent social skills. Responsibilities: We resolve all user support issues.We administer the schools network and IT systems.We keep teaching and support staff up to date on the progress of issue resolution.
