Technical Lead
Job description: Exp 6-10Yrs1. Project Management & Execution ✅ Lead end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation to closure. ✅ Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets. ✅ Develop project roadmaps, sprint plans, and milestones. ✅ Monitor project risks, dependencies, and constraints, implementing mitigation strategies. 2. Technical Leadership ✅ Collaborate with Solution Architects, DevOps, and Cloud Engineers. ✅ Guide Kubernetes cluster setup, CI/CD, cloud deployments. ✅ Ensure best practices in network security, compliance, and infrastructure automation. ✅ Support integration of open-source tools for cloud and data pipeline solutions. 3. Agile & Stakeholder Coordination ✅ Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives). ✅ Work closely with cross-functional teams (Development, QA, DevOps, Security). ✅ Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders. ✅ Report project progress using JIRA, Confluence, or project tracking tools. 4. Documentation & Reporting ✅ Prepare HLD, LLD, architecture diagrams, and deployment guides. ✅ Document risk analysis, lessons learned, and performance reviews. ✅ Maintain project dashboards, status reports, and stakeholder updates.
