Product Owner
Job description: A Product Owner maximizes the value of a product by aligning development execution with business strategy. They act as the vital bridge between customers, stakeholders, and the engineering team—translating high-level product goals into actionable, prioritized tasks for developers. Core responsibilities typically include: • Managing the Product Backlog: Creating, refining, and prioritizing the list of features, user stories, and bugs so the team is always working on the highest-value items. • Articulating the Vision: Communicating the product goals and the "why" behind each feature to the development team. • Representing the Customer: Acting as the voice of the customer by defining what needs to be built, evaluating feedback after iterations, and ensuring product-market fit. • Participating in Agile/Scrum: Actively joining all standard events (such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives) to provide direction and clarify requirements for the engineering team. • Accepting Deliverables: Reviewing and accepting completed work to ensure it meets the established acceptance criteria and quality standards.
