Job Description: BAE Systems is seeking to hire a PCB Design Engineering Section Manager for our NH Business Center in HUdson, NH. The individual must be highly motivated to lead a department of approximately 15 talented PCB Designers and Librarians at multiple sites(Fort Wayne Indiana, Austin,TX and NH). Overseas adherence to IPC Specifications related to aPrinted Circuit Product. Candidates should have experience leading teams and projects, estimating manpower needs, allocates work to meet programs completion dates, managing schedules, generating responsible estimates, tracking and trending metrics, implementing HW. The position requires a technical understanding of PCB Electrical / mechanical design of electronic equipment for military applications. Demonstrated experience in product development and successful launch is highly desired. The individual must have excellent communication skills and be able to provide mentoring to the designers as well as interface with engineering and program management. Documentation, design metrics and other methods to evaluate the design process will be a key responsibility of the PCB Design Engineering Manager. The Manager will be responsible for continuous improvement activities, cycle time reduction and plans to increase first pass design success. The individual will be responsible for meeting challenging PCB designs using Cadence Allegro design requirements on-time and on-budget.

Required Skills and Education: BS Degree in Engineering Broad military Electronics Packaging design experience Organizational leadership experience Excellent written and verbal communication experience Strong PCB Design Engineering background Ability to obtain a Secret clearance Experience and complete understanding of all phases in PCB Layout, Fabrication and Assembly
Preferred Skills and Education: Experience in leading PCB Designers, Checkers and Library team, Cost Account managing, Scheduling, Managing of small design groups.
