About this role
Join Bath Spa University’s Careers and Employability department in a role supporting Juno House, our student and graduate consultancy. You’ll play a pivotal role in turning live client briefs into career-defining experiences for our students and coach the next generation of freelancers and entrepreneurs, building their confidence and skills while managing the client relationships that make it possible. Build and manage relationships with external clients, charities and university departments who commission live briefs, acting as the main point of contact throughout each project. Coach and support students and recent graduates through the delivery of live briefs, ensuring a high standard of work and a great experience for everyone involved. Design and deliver engaging events and activities that build community and peer support across the Juno House cohort. Coach students on the practicalities of freelance careers, from pricing their work to building a portfolio and managing client relationships. Champion the value of live client work and freelance experience in building graduate confidence and employability.
