About this role
As a member of our busy Registration and Enrolment Team, you will provide a high quality and seamless service to students throughout the start of their academic year, developing an expert knowledge and understanding of online registration and enrolment. This is an exciting and varied role, working closely with a variety of teams across the University and within partner institutions. You will build strong working relationships with teams across the University, working closely with other professional services teams and colleagues at other educational locations throughout the academic year. Within the role you will take the lead on student enquiries, and manage student identification checks, escalating where appropriate and will focus on providing excellent customer service to students and colleagues. You will also provide feedback to the Registration and Enrolment Manager regarding the registration process and associated communications throughout the academic year, to ensure a smooth process for students. In addition, you will also produce enrolment reports and work with appropriate teams to enrol students.
